ATRIEV’s Upcoming Contact Center & Telesales Training

Training duration (first phase): May 30 to June 23, 2011
9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
This training will be held in partnership with Bagong Henerasyon foundation

Who can join:
Visually impaired graduates of the PC Operations course and with a minimum educational attainment of second year college level

Training description:
This is a 15-day training on call center basics, salesmanship and work ethics.
The Training aims to provide the telesales candidates with the skills for the job.
Also, a review of MS Excel will be included in the 15-day training.
Those who will pass company interview will move to product training for another ten days.

The training will be conducted by:

  • Bagong Henerasyon foundation
  • Mr. Tony Llanes of ATRIEV
  • Representatives from Business Process Outsourcing Association of the Philippines

ATRIEV Students for Sponsorship in 2011

ATRIEV is the only school for the blind in the Philippines that specializes in computer access and information technology. Blind persons can access computer-based information through the use of a screen reader software. The software provides every stroke of a key and click of the mouse with a vocal response allowing instant feedback.

For year 2011, ATRIEV conducts PC Operations with Access Technology course for blind and low vision high school and college students, and professionals. For six weeks, the students are taught the basics of productivity software, presentation skills and values formation. The students come from various parts of Metro Manila, and various areas of Luzon such as Albay. These promising and dedicated students are counting on your generosity for the sponsorship of their tuition fees and dormitory fees during their stay in Metro Manila.

2011 Training Announcement from ATRIEV

ATRIEV announces its computer training course for 2011. PC Operations with Access Technology (PCOAT) provides basic computer literacy, especially in the use of a screen reader / magnification software in tandem with common Microsoft Office applications, instant messaging, and basic trouble shooting. The course also includes competencies in work ethics and quality standards.
